Standard property listings display pertinent details about a property. Colors are customized complementary to the base colors of the site.

Details displayed are:

• Property address
• Featured property indicator - using both text and color
• Price
• Thumbnail photo of property which enlarges when clicked
• MLS#
• Bedroom count
• Bathroom count
• Square footage/acreage depending on type of property
• Link to full details of the property

Featured listings are a way to call attention to special properties. These properties are selected randomly from all listings identified as being featured.

A featured listing displays a portion of the property description along with bedroom count, bathroom count and price. The "More..." link takes the visitor directly to the full property details view.

In an upcoming release we will be improving the intelligence of the Featured Listings system. When viewing an agent's page, the featured listings will be selected from only the displayed agent's listings.

Team Listings is a complete list of all properties currently in your system. This list is arranged by agent name and presents the same property listing thumbnail view detailed above. Featured Listings also appear on this page giving them even more exposure to visitors.

We know that showcasing your in-house listings is a primary concern, but having access to the local MLS database also increases the value of your site to a prospective home buyer.

RealEstateOne can interface with most MLS/IDX systems available in the majority of housing markets. We work closely with many Boards of Realtors to insure compatibility and compliance with their regulations.

A Mortgage Calculator allows a visitor to get a quick picture of what their payment would be on a property they are interested in. Our calculator can also use estimated property taxes and insurance to complete the payment picture.

At this time our mortgage calculator does not figure PMI into the payment calculation.

The Useful Links section is one of the self-managed systems of this site. This allows you to add in new categories and links that may be of interest to visitors to the site. Some standard categories are Government, Insurance, Real Estate Lawyers, Restaurants...the possibilities are unlimited!

Let visitors to your site learn more about the people who will be representing their home for sale or helping them purchase their new property.

Details displayed are:

• Agent name
• Biography
• Office phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Mobile phone number (optional)

Once the agent has had a chance to introduce themselves, their properties are categorized and listed using the familiar presentation found on the Team Listings page.

This is where your visitors will learn the most about the property they are interested in. This is the information that has been entered by the agent via a separate administration section.

The agent representing the listing has their information in front of the visitor at all times with easy access via email or phone.

RealEstateOne does not limit the number of photos that can be added to a property. This allows the agent to show as many angles and property features as desired. All photos are presented in an initial thumbnail view and can be expanded to a larger size when clicked.

This feature allows people to email a property they're looking at to a friend or family member. The recipient will receive details about the property, including a photograph and details about your company. This is a great way to build additional visits to the web site by other people who may find themselves in the market for property.
